You will coach teams, manage performance and scheduling, ensure compliance with processes, and take overall responsibility for running the store when needed to meet KPIs and maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven line management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to coach teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Track record of delivering KPIs across sales, stock availability and satisfaction.
• Experience handling disciplinary matters and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Role modelling and coaching for high standards across the food hall.
• Ensuring compliance to processes while maintaining passion for great shop keeping and customer service.
• Ensure customers get the food they want and a first-choice experience.
• People management, performance, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
• Occasionally run the store and provide direction to the team.
