Sainsbury's is recruiting a capable Store Manager to lead operations in a busy food hall environment. You will coach teams, drive customer service excellence, and ensure daily store performance meets targets. The role requires strong leadership, people management, and hands-on problem solving to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences with coaching to raise the bar.
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Leadership in a high-volume operational setting with daily operations oversight.
Proven success delivering against KPIs including sales, stock and customer satisfaction.
Experience handling complex people matters with fairness and confidence.

Responsibilities

Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
Managing compliance to processes whilst bringing passion for great shop keeping and customer service.
Ensure customers get the food they want when they shop with us to be first choice for food.
People management including performance, disciplinary handling and scheduling accuracy.
Occasionally assume overall responsibility for running the store and directing colleagues.
