Responsibilities

• Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the food hall.
• Ensure compliance to processes while delivering great shopkeeping and customer service.
• Ensure customers get the food they want when they shop with us.
• People management including performance, disciplinary actions, scheduling and pay.
• Occasionally run the store and guide colleagues to deliver for customers.
