Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Food section at our London stores, working across early mornings to help prepare the shop for the day. This frontline role requires resilience, a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great service to every customer.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, using our Sparks App and in-store devices to assist shoppers, stock shelves, and support rapid checkout during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service to customers in the Food section.
• Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products.
• Serve, stock, and assist across store areas to meet customer demand.
