Job summary

Marks and Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be on the frontline serving customers with pride and energy. You’ll handle busy periods with speed, accuracy, and a can-do attitude, keeping shelves stocked and helping customers find what they need.

You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience, and you’ll work as part of a supportive team that adapts across store areas to meet demand. This is a fast-paced, seasonal-friendly role in UK retail.
