You’ll be a resilient brand ambassador, ready to help customers with knowledge of M&S Food products and to use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service is preferred.
• Ability to use in-store digital tools and apps.
• Willingness to work flexibly across store areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the Food section and answer product questions.
• Recommend and sell products to meet customer needs.
• Operate store devices and Sparks App to enhance service.
