• Previous leadership experience in F&B is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure top food quality and presentation.
• Shifts mainly early or late; some weekend work expected.
