Job summary

Accorhotel is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to elevate guest experiences and drive departmental performance in a UK location. You will lead teams across service points, manage schedules and training, and collaborate with the F&B Manager on menu planning and pricing decisions.

You will develop strong relationships with guests, deploy marketing initiatives locally, and monitor compliance with hygiene and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B operations and guest service.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Improve guest satisfaction and handle comments and complaints.
• Organise and supervise POS preparation and daily activity planning.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and training for F&B staff.
• Develop commercial action plans and set daily sales targets.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory and adherence to brand procedures.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and quality standards across all F&B areas.
