Job summary

Apex Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in London to support the Restaurants and Bars Manager. You will help run breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service with a focus on first-class service and guest rapport.

You will lead the team to meet service standards, participate in recruitment and training, and assist with payroll and scheduling. A 12-week structured learning programme accompanies the role to develop your hospitality skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food or beverage role.
• Excellent customer service skills and guest relations.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the restaurant and bar team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee opening and closing of Restaurant and Bar.
