Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be passionate about food, preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to Company standards, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Collaborate with Kitchen team members in a friendly, positive manner.
• Have extensive knowledge of menus and food offerings.
• Assist management in controlling food supplies and purchases, using date labelling processes.
• Adhere to food safety and health and safety guidelines.
