Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage roles preferred.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly approach.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver high service standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Work across Bar, Restaurant and Room Service as needed.
• Oversee opening/closing of Restaurant and Bar and assist with payroll and scheduling.
• Support recruitment and training and ensure stock control.
