Millennium Hotel And Resorts UK is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor to lead service across restaurant, bar, and breakfast teams. You will confidently present menus, handle guest inquiries, and ensure smooth operation during peak times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• Experience working in a busy hospitality environment.
• Confidence handling financial transactions and payment systems.
• Experience with Micros or similar POS systems.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including breakfasts, evenings, events and occasional late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and beverage in restaurant, bar, breakfast or evening team.
• Communicate all food & beverage offerings confidently.
• Accurately handle payments (cash, card, room charging) per guidelines.
• Provide warm, welcoming service at all guest touchpoints.
• Manage day-to-day staffing needs, assign work and set goals for team.
• Ensure quality and guest satisfaction, assist guests with requests and complaints.
• Keep stock secure and minimize waste; maintain inventory procedures.
• Support in inventory management and stock level controls.
