The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, a four-star property located just outside Warrington, is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a hospitality team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role focuses on training, upselling promotions, and maintaining high service standards across the F&B operation.

The hotel features a restaurant, lounge bar, terrace, and leisure facilities including a gym, pool, sauna, and spa.

Formación

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

• Drive revenue at every opportunity by upselling and explaining promotions to guests, ensuring training is in place.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Is this the role for me?

• Previousexperience in asupervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in aprofessional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines andspirits
