The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking an energetic supervisor to lead a hospitality team just outside Warrington. This 4*, 146-bedroom property offers a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, with Afternoon Tea, private dining, and events spaces.

You will drive guest satisfaction, staff training, and revenue opportunities. We value strong leadership, a professional service mindset, and knowledge of wines and spirits.

Formación

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
