Job summary

Park Plaza Riverbank London is seeking a Breakfast Team Leader to guide our breakfast service, ensuring a smooth operation and memorable guest experiences. The role starts at 5:30 am and requires weekend flexibility, with responsibility to mentor team members and uphold our high standards.

The ideal candidate has prior senior waiter/leader experience in a hotel, a passion for guest satisfaction, and a collaborative approach aligned with Park Plaza values.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience as a Senior or Head Waiter/Waitress or Breakfast Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel set-up.
• Demonstrates ability to lead by example and train others.
• Strong guest-service orientation and problem-solving skills.

As our Breakfast Team Leader, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms with very busy Breakfast operations.

Shift starting time: 5:30 am

As Our Breakfast Supervisor/Team Leader, You Will Receive

• Salary: £14.89 per hour plus generous Tronc (Up to £16 per hour inclusive of Tronc)
