Job summary

The Cornwall Hotel Collection is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Server to join The Falmouth. You will be part of our front-of-house team, providing warm, attentive service to guests and assisting with daily F&B duties across the restaurant and bar.

This role supports a collaborative team, offers opportunities for growth within our collection, and includes benefits like 100% shared tips and full training.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
• Friendly, approachable and confident with guests.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
• Serve food and drinks to a high standard.
• Keep tables, service areas and the restaurant/bar clean and presentable.
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to guest requests and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
• Support the team with general Food & Beverage duties when required.
