Job summary

The Headland Cornwall is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join The Deck, our relaxed sanctuary nestled in AquaClub, Newquay. You’ll deliver food and drinks with flair, take orders, and ensure dining spaces look immaculate after each service, while exploring development opportunities such as Barista training.

We offer a 40-hour work week, five days out of seven, with shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, plus on-site parking and staff perks.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and vibrant Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in The Deck. Nestled in the AquaClub, "The Deck" is a relaxed sanctuary serving everything from poolside brunches to candlelit dinners. We showcase the very best of Cornwall—from Newquay Harbour crab to locally brewed beers and premium handcrafted cocktails—creating a space where guests can unwind and refuel after a day on the coast.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Elevating the Experience: Delivering food and drinks with professional flair and seamlessly balancing character with professionalism.
