Job summary

Polurrian on the Lizard in Cornwall is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused food & beverage assistant to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event space.

You’ll provide warm hospitality, take orders, serve meals and drinks, help with setup, and support weddings and private functions. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred, with competitive hourly pay and employee discounts on
