Job summary

Hoburne Blue Anchor is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food, beverage and retail operations across the park. The successful candidate will have F&B supervisory experience and strong administrative skills to manage onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment, with a track record in events and menu pricing.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week. The nature of the business requires occasional evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisor level or higher in F&B.
• Strong administrative skills to use online systems for onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment.
• Proven track record in leisure and hospitality.
• Experience running events, setting menus and pricing.
• Proficient in monitoring and controlling stock.
• High level of interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Branded food-led business experience.

Job description

Hoburne Blue Anchorare looking for a Food and Beverage Manager.

The successful candidate will have the ability and passion to run the efficient management of all food, beverage, and retail activities to the highest level.

Candidate must have Food and Beverage experience at supervisor level or higher, and strong administrative skills to use online systems for recording and managing team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment. Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous.

They will also require the following:

• A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
• The ability to manage all day-to-day food & beverage operations
• The ability to supervise, manage and coach employees
• Strong administrative skills to use online systems to complete staff rotas. Used for recording and managing team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment. Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous
• Experience at running events
• Experience with setting menus and food pricing
• Proficient in monitoring and controlling stock
• A high level of inter-personal skills
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude
• Branded food led business experience.
