We have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane in our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Description

As Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for leading all Food & Beverage operations with energy, motivation, and commitment to deliver outstanding service and excellent financial results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Three to five years of previous Food & Beverage operational experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Knowledge of budgets, P&Ls, and financial responsibilities related to the role.
  • Experience achieving payroll targets, F&B margins, and P&L goals through effective planning and proactive management.
  • Understanding of legal requirements related to Licensing, Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health and Safety.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy challenges.
  • Experience building and maintaining positive, productive relationships.
  • Leadership experience in building, developing, and leading a team.
  • Familiarity with licensing regulations in London.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
