We have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane in our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Description

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading all Food & Beverage operations with energy, motivation, and commitment to deliver outstanding service and excellent financial results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Three to five years of previous Food & Beverage operational experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Knowledge of budgets, P&Ls, and all relevant financial responsibilities associated with the role.
  • Proven ability to achieve payroll targets, F&B margins, and P&L targets through effective planning and proactive management.
  • Full understanding of legal requirements related to Licensing, Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health and Safety.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy challenges.
  • Experience in building, developing, and leading a team.
  • Familiarity with current licensing regulations in London.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
