We have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane in our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Description

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading all Food & Beverage operations with energy, motivation, and commitment to deliver outstanding experience-led service with excellent financial results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Three to five years of previous Food & Beverage operational experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
  • Knowledge of budgets, P&Ls, and all relevant financial responsibilities
  • Experience achieving payroll, F&B margins, and P&L targets through effective planning and proactive management
  • Legal knowledge regarding Licensing, Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy challenges
  • Experience building and maintaining positive, productive relationships
  • Proven leadership in team development and management
  • Familiarity with licensing regulations in London
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
