We have a fabulous opportunity to join Sanderson London in our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Description

Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, this role is responsible for leading all Food & Beverage operations with energy, motivation and commitment to deliver outstanding experience led service with excellent financial results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:

• Three to five years of previous Food & Beverage operational experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
• Have knowledge of budgets, P&Ls and all relevant financial responsibility that would be included in the role or similar.
• Have previously achieved set payroll targets, F&B margins and Profit and loss targets through effective planning and proactive management.
• Fully conversant regarding legal requirements in relation to Licensing, Food Safety and Hygiene and Health and Safety.
• You function best in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge.
• Have previously built and maintained positive and productive relationships with others.
• Prior experience of building, developing and leading a team.
• Fully conversant in the current licensing regulations in London
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
  
  

Additional Information

Along side a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 based on experience, we also offer the following benefits:
