The Culinary Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and organisational support to the Executive Chef and the wider kitchen brigade. This role ensures the smooth running of all culinary office functions, supports new menu development, manages key business processes, and acts as a central point of coordination for systems, orders, compliance, communication, and planning. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
