JW Lees is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team at one of our pubs and inns in the North West. You will lead by example, drive service standards, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality leadership experience, a passion for great guest experiences, and a collaborative approach to team development and commercial awareness. Job is based on-site in Wilmslow.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
