Job summary

JW Lees in Wilmslow is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will lead by example, deliver outstanding service, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You’ll motivate your team, solve problems, and drive commercial awareness with a passion for hospitality. Previous leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred, with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with attractive staff benefits.
