Job summary

JW Lees seeks an Assistant Manager for the Bluebird Inn in Blackburn to lead a team, deliver excellent service and support daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.

You will motivate staff, maintain strong customer relations and drive commercial decisions that enhance guest experiences while upholding JW Lees’ standards.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within hospitality or retail.
• Keen to learn and grow in the role.
• Experience delivering great service and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Get the best from your team by leading by example and motivating colleagues.
• Be an expert in communication and ensure every customer visit is memorable.
• Support the General Manager and take the helm when they are away.
• Take ownership of problems and act commercially aware.
