Job summary

JW Lees in Dunham Massey is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy hospitality team, delivering memorable service and exemplary standards.

You will support the General Manager, drive operational excellence, manage shifting priorities, and mentor staff to grow within the business. This role combines hands-on leadership with a focus on profitability and guest experience.
