Job summary

Bluebird Inn is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will lead a team, deliver memorable service, and support the General Manager when needed.

• Lead by example to deliver great service and motivate the team.
• Support the General Manager and take the helm when required.
• Own and resolve operational issues with commercial awareness.
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain standards.
• Develop staff through coaching and training.
