Job summary

Hastings Hotels is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant for Stormont Hotel Belfast. The role involves serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining cleanliness, taking orders, and processing payments while delivering the Hastings experience.

A strong customer-service mindset, professional appearance, and team spirit are essential. The position offers 35 hours per week, five shifts out of seven, including weekends, with a focus on guest satisfaction and upholding Hastings standards

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring highest standard of service.

• Take orders, process payments and assist guests with enquiries.
• Greet guests and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
