Job summary

Hastings Hotels Group, a family-owned luxury hotel group in Northern Ireland, is hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant for the Europa Hotel in Belfast. You will join our welcoming team and deliver high standards of service across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

We value our people and provide training, staff meals, discounts and a share of service charges. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; good English and numeracy are required.

Qualifications

• Good command of English language.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• GCSE English and Maths (A-C).
• Excellent communication and basic numeracy skills.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests to the highest standard.
• Clear and set tables, take orders and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
• Support stock control and upsell Hastings offerings.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a respectful, pleasant environment.
