Job summary

Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is recruiting a Breakfast Team Leader/Supervisor to head up the early-morning service in our busy breakfast operation. You will lead by example, ensuring a memorable guest experience and smooth service from the first guest welcome.

Ideal candidates will have prior Breakfast Supervisor/Team Leader experience in a hotel setting, be available for 5:30 am starts, and be flexible to work weekends while motivating and coaching the team.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as Senior or Head Waiter/Waitress or Breakfast Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel.
• Able to start at 5:30 am and be fully flexible to work on weekends.
• Passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations.

As ourBreakfast Supervisor/Team Leader,you will receive:

• Salary:£14.89 per hour plus generous Tronc (Up to £16 per hour inclusive of Tronc)
