Job Description

We are looking for a Host / Hostess. This is a full-time role reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

Working pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm or 8am to 8pm.

Candidate requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, a genuine smile, approachable personality, team player, personable with guests, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide accurate wait times, and escort them to dining areas.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries following company standards.
• Promote and upsell Food & Beverage outlets and complete administrative tasks as needed.
