Company Description

The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton, located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, an eclectic and diverse neighborhood. It features 237 playfully designed bedrooms, an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food, a large open lobby with vintage seating and cozy corners, a central wraparound bar and terrace. It is perfectly situated for exploring West London.

Chet’s offers a Thai-Americana menu combining fragrant flavors and smoky textures from Thailand and the surrounding region with comforts from the classic American diner.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

  1. Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for guests, from a warm Hox welcome to handling questions and requests.
  2. Manage meeting room logistics, knowing the details of who’s who and what’s what.
  3. Maintain the meeting room area, ensuring all rooms are set up correctly and kept tidy.
  4. Oversee meeting room maintenance, billing, check-in and check-out processes for events.
  5. Ensure food and beverage services in the space are top quality and guests have everything they need.
  6. Collaborate with the hotel team to provide excellent guest experiences from arrival to departure.
  7. Handle administrative tasks such as expenses, lists, and stationary orders.
  8. Be comfortable with technology, understanding inputs like HDMI, USB, and different operating systems, and willing to learn as needed.
