JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry?

We have a vacancy for a slots host to join our team. Previous gaming experience is not essential. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of customer service and be on hand to offer support to ensure they have a great experience on our slot machines and electronic gaming areas. Flexibility to work various shifts across the week is required.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Deliver excellence in customer service at all times.
• Constantly seek new customers while offering a warm and friendly welcome.
• Oversee the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas, offering assistance.
• Identify food and beverage requirements proactively when appropriate.
• Preferably understand the slots and electronic gaming offerings.
• Communicate promotional activities or events to customers.
• Share customer feedback with the general manager.
• Work flexibly across various shifts, including nights and weekends.
