Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member for Priory Court Care Home in Stamford. You will support the dining service and assist residents with their meals, delivering warm, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include helping residents choose meal options, setting tables to SOP, keeping front of house clean, replenishing cake and fruit options, and respecting residents' dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
• Experience in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Priory Court Care Home in Stamford.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.


• Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.


• Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.


• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.


• Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements.
