Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group seeks a warm, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join Priory Court Care Home in Stamford. You will support dining service, assist residents with meals, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

The role requires good personal hygiene, compassion, and a basic Food Hygiene Certificate; previous experience in a care home, restaurant, or hotel is desirable. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meal selections during dining.
• Set dining tables in accordance with SOPs.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented; clear and replenish crockery as needed.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food and fruit options are accessible and replenished.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements and accommodate as needed.

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Priory Court Care Home in Stamford.

About The Role

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.

Other Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements.
