Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm and dedicated Food and Beverage Team Member for Priory Court Care Home in Stamford. This part-time role focuses on supporting dining services and helping residents with meals, with a friendly, compassionate approach aligned to our values. £12.72 per hour.

You will assist residents in choosing meals, maintain dining areas, and ensure dietary needs are respected, with DBS check and UK eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates high standards of personal hygiene.
• Experience delivering culinary services in residential care or hospitality is preferred.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support dining service and assist residents with meals.
• Help residents choose meal options at dining time.
• Set tables according to SOPs and maintain front-of-house cleanliness.
• Replenish homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods and fruit throughout the day.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals .

Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements.

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
• Have experience of working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
