Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join the Bank team at Wimbledon Common Care Home, London. You will support dining services and assist residents with meals, helping maintain a welcoming, tidy dining area and ensuring residents' dietary needs are respected.

The role suits someone with hospitality experience; a basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
• Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables.
• Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements.
