Job summary

Award-winning Away Resorts is hiring a Food and Beverage Assistant for The Bay Filey, Primrose Valley, Yorkshire. You will be part of our bar and restaurant team, serving guests, taking orders and ensuring a memorable visit for every guest.

Role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday work with a welcoming, friendly attitude. Training is provided to help you shine during busy service periods and holidays across our parks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Waiting on tables - taking food and drink orders, serving and clearing tables.
• Responding to guests to ensure they are happy with their visit.
• Cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests.
• Serving drinks at the bar when required.

Food and Beverage Assistant

Location: The Bay Filey, Primrose Valley, Yorkshire

Hours of work: Variable Hours - Some evenings & weekends required - Must be available to work over the Christmas period!

Salary: £12.71 per hour - paid weekly!

Due to the nature of this role you must be 18+

What we need in a nutshell

We're looking for a hard-working and friendly team members for our bar and restaurant. You will be serving on the bar, clearing tables and making sure that guests enjoy their visit.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be welcoming guests into our restaurant or bar and ensuring they enjoy their visit. This includes:

• Waiting on tables - taking food and drink orders, bringing out food and clearing tables
• Responding to guests and ensuring they are happy
• Cleaning and resetting tables
• Serving drinks at the bar when required

One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to:

• Enjoy working as part of a busy team, always ready to help
• Care about the smallest detail and demonstrate the highest of standards
• Have a friendly and positive attitude

It’s the icing on the cake if you have experience, but don’t worry if you don’t, we provide lots of training.
