Job summary

Away Resorts is hiring for a bar, restaurant and events team member at our UK resorts. You will serve drinks at the bar, take orders, deliver food and clear tables to ensure guests have a memorable visit.

We value a busy-team attitude, keen attention to detail and a friendly, positive demeanor. Holidays and weekends are part of the role, with training provided to help you grow within the company.

Job description

Hours of Work: 40 hours permanent- Some Weekends required

Hours of work: Variable - availability across evenings and weekends - Must be available to work over the Christmas period!

Salary: £12.71 per hour - paid weekly!

Due to the nature of the role you must be 18 or over to apply for this position.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be welcoming guests into our restaurant or bar and ensuring they enjoy their visit. This includes:

• Serving drinks at the bar
• Waiting on tables – taking food and drink orders, bringing out food and clearing tables
• Responding to guests and ensuring they are happy
• Cleaning and resetting tables

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

• Care about the smallest detail and demonstrate the highest of standards
