Job summary

Exclusive Hotels and Venues at Ansty Hall, part of the Exclusive Collection, is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to deliver warm, attentive hospitality across our F&B areas and support seamless service for guests.

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
• Bar experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Preparing and serving drinks
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate with kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks in line with brand standards
• Set up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation
• Support events, meetings, and private dining service
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist guests confidently
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service
