Job summary

Ansty Hall, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a country house venue with charm, picturesque grounds and versatile event spaces where dining celebrates local flavours.

In the Food and Beverage Assistant role you will deliver warm, attentive hospitality across F&B areas, support seamless service, assist with events and private dining, and develop your skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards of personal presentation.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks in line with brand standards.
• Set up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
• Support events, meetings, and private dining service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist guests confidently.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
