Slim Chickens UK & Europe is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for our East Midlands Shopping Centre venue. You will lead and mentor a fast-paced front-of-house team, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and uphold brand standards across service, cleanliness, and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality service.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing
