Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Front of House Supervisor at the Bamburgh Castle Inn in Seahouses, Northumberland. You will welcome guests, oversee service, and lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding experiences by the harbour with ocean views.

Working closely with the Assistant Manager, you will drive guest satisfaction, handle day-to-day challenges, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front-of-house operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
