Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for The Seaton Lane Inn in Seaham. You will greet guests, oversee service, and support the team to deliver warm, memorable experiences.

Working with the Assistant Manager, you’ll foster a lively atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations and high standards across service, hospitality, and guest care. Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and leadership in fast-paced environments to delight guests and help the Inn

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front-of-house operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.
