Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for The Black Swan in Helmsley. You will be the welcoming face for guests, guiding service and ensuring a warm, memorable stay from arrival to departure.

You’ll work closely with the Assistant Manager to lead the team, resolve issues, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced pub with rooms. A passion for guest service helps our Inn thrive.
