Job summary

The Bamburgh Castle Inn in Seahouses is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the team, greet guests warmly, and ensure a memorable dining and pub experience. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Manager to guide service, maintain high standards, and resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong guest relations, and leadership skills to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests want to return to our coastal inn.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house supervision or supervisory hospitality role.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage service flow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
