The Seaburn Inn on Sunderland's seafront is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to welcome guests and help guide the team to deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to create a warm, memorable experience and a lively atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

In this fast-paced role, you will oversee greeting guests, oversee service, and step in to resolve challenges while ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence required.
• Leadership and team guidance experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain high service standards.
