Job summary

The Black Swan Inn is recruiting a Front of House Supervisor to lead our guest-facing team and ensure a memorable dining and pub experience. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to supervise the service, welcome guests with warmth, and uphold high standards while managing daily operations.

In this fast-paced setting, you’ll excel at guest relations, communicate clearly with colleagues, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning to our inn across busy periods

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house environments is beneficial.
• Ability to lead a busy service and a small team.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and oversee the service flow.
• Support the Assistant Manager in guiding the team.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain a lively, positive atmosphere for guests and staff.
